Can't stand the Ravens, but am a huge fan of his. Played while I was at Maryland.

That was a big fumble right there. Still lots of time, but Baltimore was moving the ball again, and the Denver offense seemed to be forcing it a bit much.

Missed another PI. Dierdorf is flat out wrong that hitting early shouldn't be called. It completely illegally takes the receiver out of the opportunity to catch it by displacing him a foot back toward the ball, before it gets there -- that is not bang-bang!

This referee is an alternate during the regular season, and 2012 was his first season back since 2006 after some health issues. WHY IS HE WORKING A DIVISIONAL GAME

I think that's the right call. Not sure what Dierdorf was seeing, or why he was using the worst possible angles to justify it.

I don't like the tuck rule, but that looked to be it. I think the ref figured that since the 2nd hand got on it before he completely lost it, it was not the tuck rule, but I would think it was a continuation of the ball coming out that started way before the 2nd hand got on it.
