There will always be scumbags out there, but this guy has to rank toward the top of the list. How can you evict your own mother out of her home?

"The house has been assessed at $333,410."

I'd tell her to get out, too.

Probably because he assumed POA over his mother and that was not exactly legal. The house was placed in a Trust and he was supposed to allow his mother to live there until she died. Instead, he broke that agreement and quit-claimed it out of the Trust so he could try and sell the house. It isn't as simple as "he owns the house".

From the article:
[LEFT]

agreed to transfer the house to a trust administered by Peter Kantorowski with the condition that Mary would live there until her death, and that upon her death the house would go to Peter and his younger brother, Jack. However, in July 2005, Peter Kantorowski quitclaimed the house from that trust to another he and his wife control, giving him ownership of the house.

Not sure that is exactly legal.

I'm thinking in Connecticut that isn't that high of an assessment.

As dwccrew said it may be illegal with the way he gained possession. Only a piece of shit would steal his mothers home from her and then evict her for no reason, except greed. Hopefully she outlives him.

What if his mom totally abused him growing up and this is his revenge? He's been waiting 70 years for this and now he is like "Hit me again you homeless b****."

Strange timing, if that were the case you would think he'd have done it years ago instead of now.

You're reaching. But perhaps you could suggest that defense for him. LOL
