I know the temps will stay low for a bit, but is mother nature ready to bring in Spring? It's awesome out today (a little chilly), and I have some hosta plants that are starting to sprout. Just felt like an early spring day.

i have plants sprouting too, and they're in closets in my basement. you can't explain that.

Did hear the birds chirping yesterday morning over coffee so that is a good sign. 50 degrees here, gonna head home after work and take advantage of the light and warmer temps to get a good run in without having to wear alot of gear

Yeah, plan on running home from work this afternoon in shorts and a light shirt/jacket. It is amazing how much better it feels running like that compared to the times with more gear on. I always run with lots of clothing on to help sweat more, regardless of temp. This good or bad?

Kinda depends. If goal is short-term weight loss (wrestler two pounds over the night before) it's good. Long term, it's bad. All you are losing is water weight. Granted, you may be working slightly harder because of being over-dressed but you'd be better off wearing comfortable clothes which breath well.
