How is it going for those that are doing this workout?
Round two week three for me.
My brother and I have tweaked it a little this time around but are staying close to the original as we can.
My goal this time around is to get down to 200.
I started at 273 (245) on the p90x.
I lost the first 28 on my own by giving up fast food and a few other things.
