With internet, HD DVR, a standard cable box for a second tv, and 2 packages i pay $141. it used to be around $130 but keeps creeping up.

Don't do it... trust me... don't do it. If you do it, you'll be regretting it in a couple months or so.

TW customer service is THE WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with.
There "quality" of HD service isn't that great either. I still experience issues every once and awhile. (maybe 1-2x a month).
Also, they will price gouge the hell out of you after your "promotional pricing" ends.

Their COS sometimes leaves something to be desired, but the HD service is great--and everyone has promotional pricing that morphs into $$$...btw, what do you have?

Time Warner blows IMO. I think it is like 10 extra dollars per month for the HD box, 20 more if its HD and DVR. The HD channels "currently not available" is a pretty common thing..for me anyways.

and yes, i do wish TWC burns to the ground because of their customer service. the only problem i have is when i play something on the dvr and it gets choppy and skips. it was rare and i havent had that problem in a while though.

I can't wait till I have to navigate their customer service to install a cable card into my media pc to ditch my cable box. It should be fun.

I have AT&T, but I think about Time Warner every day.

twc and me has had our problems. since they upgraded some lines out this way havent had a lick of trouble. i will always recommend cable over any satelite provider just cause of not having as much interuptions. i pay 101 amonth for two boxes ones a dvr/hd and roadrunner. its also hooked up in three rooms and the garage. everytime it goes up i call and raise hell and they have always lowered it.

sure do...I actually have Buckeye Cable, but my sister has TW, and is trying to convert me (but it ain't gonna' happen, since not only is a family friend a producer for BCSN, I really enjoy watching it--and you can't get BCSN with anything other than Buckeye)

I have TWC because I live in an apartment and TWC is the only cable provider that services the building; therefore, they know this and they can run a monopolistic price.

If I could, I would grab AT&T U-Verse in a heart beat.

TWC definitely has its issues!
But I love the on demand and local sports on demand.
IMO its worth a little bit more.
If you have WOW or ATT options, set up a switch then switch back when promo price goes up.
Pain in the ass to switch but well worth the price.
RR is the best internet service that I have had.
