Is it possibly to allow for individual users to be granted moderator power over their own threads ONLY?
Like, ability to lock, delete posts, edit posts etc.

You think too highly of yourself there sleeper, they would, other than the threads you would start and the ones you report all the time, you would hardly exist in the eyes of most the OC if you got your wish here!
