14-10 Eagles

Was 14-0 but the refs just called two illegal contact calls to keep the Giants drive going.

VIck had a nice 25 yard completion

Jackson is so explosive.

He and Chris Johnson are probably the fastest players in the NFL

Uhhhh how can they just end the half like that? there should be 2 seconds left. how is that play any different than any other fumble review?

It was reviewed in the Texas/Nebraska game last week in college. Dont see why the NFL would be that far off with replay.

pretty sure it's cause it was on a kickoff, which makes no sense.

I have watched about 2/3 of the 1st half (Xavier over Cincy in 2 OT)

Here are the blatant attempts by the refs to keep this game close:

#1. 14-3 Eagles and the Giants on a 3rd and long and 2nd and long benefit from 2 iffy illegal contact calls....result...TD

#2. 14-10 Eagles....Giants drive the field and on 3rd and goal the Giants LB VERY CLEARLY (not even arguable) interferes with the TE on a throw at the goal line. Result FG instead of a TD or 1st and goal at the 1.

#3 24-10 Eagles..Giants drive the field and Bradshaw run on an appears to end up just short of a TD even after a stretch and no review from the booth (less than 2 minutes.....TD

#4 24-17 Eagles....ball on the 42 yard line...2nd down and McNabb drops back and arm gets hit...ball goes forward in air about 7 yards....official calls it a fumble but of the 22 players on the field no one picks up the ball and even the other refs blows it dead...and they give the Eagles the ball on the 32 instead of the 42...no replay from the booth

#5 .......VERY next play McNabb throws a 30 yard pass to Jackson and he very clearly gets 2 feet in and possibly 3....play gets reviewed from the booth

#6 30-17 Eeagles...kickoff with 10 seconds left....returner fumbles the ball with 5 seconds left and ball is secured by the Eagles and touched down by Giants with 2 seconds left.....clock continues to run to zero....again....no review from a top....Eagles should've had the ball on the 32 for a TD attempt or a 49 yard FG

These clowns need suspended IMO

I'm rooting for the Eagles to score 55....they should already have 34 with a possible 37

That better be a fumble by Eli because No one touched him down & diving isn't giving yourself up.

The shirt pull did not cause him to go down...he regained his balance and then slid as 3 opponents were coming.....and even ruled that way

...but I fully expect the Giants to get it back

the opposite side replay shows the pull of the shirt did nothing to affect Manning

if you take this long you can't overturn the call on the field

That was a pretty tough call and it was called correctly from the initial play....good job by the refs on taht particular play....but about a C- overall thus far

Man McNabb needed to put some air under that...difference between a TD and a punt

Giants are going to take the lead I feel

I felt right.

It's 31-30....all the 1st half crap that screwed the Eagles is well into play...but must be forgotten for the Eagles to prevail.

15 yard late hit on the Eagles....but the Eagle players drilled each other and barely touched the Giants player

just replayed it 3 times....horrible call....not only did the Eagle players absorb 95% of the hit (on each other)...the contact with the Giants player was before either foot was OB

If I was a betting man....I'd pick Desean Jackson to win a race between any other NFL player in pads

He'd take Johnson, Ginn and others....though I'd love to see it
