I don't know about any other state, but in Ohio you're guilty of OVI driving any vehicle anywhere in the state at any time while intoxicated. This includes private property and the law is written vaguely so that "vehicle" can be pretty much anything, including I'm guessing a Zamboni.

ya can get it for driving a lawnmower drunk too.
Few years ago I think a guy on a motorized bar stool got a dui too.
