I'm pretty sure some D3 high schools do not have football. Is their any public D2 schools which do not have football?

Open, but no athletics. All athletics are through East (for students of East and Chaney).
Chaney is a STEM and arts school, East is focused on business/education type stuff,but they share athletic teams.

Chaney was a state runners up not so long ago . and I believe they may have a state title before playoffs
