I'd say pedo jokes and derogatory slurs are off limits.
The only justification for pedo jokes would be if they were actually just jokes and not an insult/joke like this is. This example is meant to be an insult towards the person, but kind of a joke.
However, we used to give Mart crap with pedo jokes, but those were an actual joke. The problem is, that line is hard to get across and enforce... so just do away with the line and get rid of the pedo jokes entirely.

I agree that CCrunner deserves most the crap he gets. And he is extremely creepy. However, being called a pedo all the time is usually unwarranted. Plus, it's ETB. Him and Snot are no better than CC.
