Why doesn't the Toledo City League have a website with schedules for all sports? It would make it so much easier for people. I legitimately feel like making one just for the sole reason to make the convenience of having it for everyone. What do you think about this?

Nice idea. And also include results from all sporting activities to go with it

You're talkin about a school district that doesn't have much money to spend on things like having a decent website. The best I can tell you is to go to nwoprepsports.com That might be the best place for TCL standings.

Well hey, it'd be easier if I ran one on the side with my web design/graphic design background. I'd just need to have participation from every school and updates from everyone.

Its a heck of an idea. I could try to provide some updates for you (I work for BCSN). But we cover a variety of leagues and Im often assigned to those leagues. You might want to talk to BCSN about possibly partnering up with them. Have a website with their name on it as a collaboration.

It seems like we have a pretty good idea in the making. Everyone seems to like it.

If you can get the info you need, the website won;t be difficult to put together...

Just have an idea of what you want.

Oh I have an idea. I just need someone to back-bone the operation like a BCSN or a WTOL.

chosenone...
I think it sounds like a great idea if you have the time and knowledge to keep it up and running. I would love to have one place where I could go to get all of the results from different contests involving all of the sports in Toledo. I am sure I would use the site daily during the school year.
Good luck in your endeavor.

Well I need a huge sponsor and people who could keep it updated, while being able to be trusted. BCSN is out because they said they cannot provide the resources for this project and the Blade is owned by the same family, so that is another solid no. I would just need dedicated people to keep ALL sections up-to-date or the website would be useless and a waste of my time and money.

Not trying to plug anything but I know I will get criticism.

www.ohsn.org is slowly beginning coverage of Toledo City League action.

We have ALL the TCL boys and I believe all but one girls schedule. As soon as I get feeling better, they will all be updated.

NWOprepsports is hard to follow and we are now a media partner of Fox 36 in Toledo.

Just a suggestion, but if someone wants to help make our TCL pages better by providing more information, stories, etc. we'd be happy to post it.

click on it again.

I just found out that one of the posters from freehuddle.com went on (I have the IP address to prove it because this person was also a member of our forum) and placed an inappropriate piece of content on it.

You know, if you all don't like a site, don't come around it.

The site has been restored.
