Well....Stanley is at 160 and Orr is at 152....they have been all year, and that wont change!
The younger Stanley at 145 won 3 matches at Districts (not 2) and also was a 6th place finisher....

I love how eloquently Lord Brakeman pens his picks!
It is such a good read from the beginning history of the report all the way to the final D3 team race.
I also appreciate how he doesnt trash kids or "weak weights" or "weak districts" instead he'll say, "There is something of a vacuum at Goshen..." Brilliant!
For those of us at the Darby District, it pains me to see those stats from previous State tourneys. It is what it is! We need to get better!
Thats the main reason we started the Ohio Capitals Club at Darby on Mondays as a vehicle for the top central district wrestles to come together for an extra training session to get better and challenge the hammers up North. As well as the club has taken off(we are averaging 30 kids per session!) I see a larger # of kids coming from the D2 and D3 schools than the big OCC schools. It actually blows my mind that we get kids coming from Nerk and Circleville but not Hilliard(of course the Panthers are there) or Dublin. I dont get it!
I am reaching out to the Central District...come out to Darby this Monday!
Brakeman Special this week.
Any wrestler mentioned in the Brakeman report gets in free this Monday if they bring a partner, teammate, friend or anyone willing to put in some extra time to get better!
