Happened 4 months ago, he just got indicted today. As a bengals fan I hope he goes to jail for his stupidity, but I wouldn't be surprised if he got off easy. Supposedly its a Class D felony punishable by 1-5 years in the slammer. If he goes to jail he will have plenty of time to practice his flips! You can bet the Bengals will be going after a reciever in the mid rounds of the draft or in FA. I am hoping for Meacham myself!

The bengals were trying to find an upgrade over him anyways. Not a big deal most didn't expect him to be back next year.
