How in the world do these idiots even have the power to overturn this ? Who voted in these dolts ? When is the last time anybody has heard the term Cougar applied to a woman ? Maybe in a 1940's film and How about BYU the University in Utah ? Also Doesnt the state have these animals roaming in the wild ? That state is whack .
