That album is great, but it's not as good as this for DRINKING. which is what the question proposed. You can drink as many beers as you want to OAR LAMSG

Wow, so this is who all the college kids are listening to now? Not bad....like a cheap imitation of Dave Mathews.

I never could get into these guys, even after hearing "they went to OSU too! Bla Bla Bla"

I have always thought Dave Matthews was boring as shit as well. As far as chill music, I'd much rather listen to jam bands such as Umphreys McGee, Phish, etc.

I used to like O.A.R. until I saw them live at Xavier my freshman year. It was a horrible live show, and it just turned me away from their music all together after that.

Not only that, they used to open up for Red Wanting Blue back in the day. And then O.A.R. got the big deal, while Red Wanting Blue is still struggling along on a small label.

As for the question posed, it's not a bad album. But I'll take any of Red Wanting Blue's albums over Live at Madison Square Garden any day.

Didnt like them live either. Pretty boring and standard. Just played there songs with no jam or improv. If I wanted that, Id just listen to the album and not spend money on tickets.

However, Ive seen a lot of Red Wanting Blue, and they are no near as good as O.A.R. imo. I do like them, though. See them in INDY all the time.

Have you seen RWB lately? The current lineup is awesome. And they sound just as good live as they do on their albums.

They suck live...but I don't care. If you put this cd on, I'll drink beer no matter where I'm at. that was the point of this thread.

Its been since last summer, so about 9 months. I do really like their stuff, and the leads voice. I just like O.A.R. more.
