What are the needs that you believe need addressed. I say the line and secondary are definitely needs.

O-Line and CB must be improved. I really think they are pretty good everywhere else for now.

Look on the bright side. An early exit may put them in a position to draft Decastro at guard. That kid's gonna be a friggin beast.

Oline is a glaring weakness. Also, I would say they need to just add depth on the dline. Other than that, they are in pretty good shape.

Can't make it to the Super Bowl every year.

They'll certainly put themselves back in contention in the years to come.

Despite the secondary's performance in Denver, I'd put the main emphasis on offensive line. Strengthening that unit would buy more time for Roethlisberger's career and that will give them more opportunities to compete for Super Bowls.

They'll need to address CB but I'd put that as the No. 2 area. Cortez Allen was coming on before getting hurt against Cleveland.

Definitely OL and secondary. Defensive line is a concern as well.

They could either go LT or LG.

DeCastro would be a good option, although they may want to go LT if there is a good one available.

LG Legursky
C Pouncey
RG Foster
RT Gilbert

They're ok at those positions.

Starks had to come in as an emergency left tackle this year but they may want to get a blue chipper there.

Redman had a good game, and I think Baron Batch will be a huge addition next year after missing this entire season.

I would be ok if they tried to trade Mendenhall to try and get better at other positions.

I wouldn't say Woodley is always hurt, he had that nagging hammy this season.

Woodley was playing as well as any defensive player in the league when he got hurt against New England was never 100 percent after that.

I thought Jason Worilds was a disappointment, though.

You can usually tell right away when guys at those edge rusher spots are animals or not and he's very ordinary.

They'll need to try and get a younger pass rusher even if Harrison and Woodley return next year as the starters.

That's funny. I thought he looked pretty good in the limited time I got to see him.

Question for Steelers fans....besides the question about Hines Ward do you think this might be it for Lebeau?

Will do. You'd think, me being such a bandwagon fan and all, that I wouldn't be this upset. A tough loss to swallow. So disappointed. Ah well, what can you do. I'm crushed, but I'll live.

I think LeBeau has another year or two in him. Ward....it's about the end for Hines.

Hines has become less and less a part of the offense this season, mostly in part to the new young fresh talent they have. I see him stickinh around at least another season to help mentor these kids. All of them, AB, Wallace, and Sanders seem to welcome his guidance.

LeBeau I think hangs around for a year or so. I think he would like to see some additional results. I do believe however his defensive schemes have become somewhat predictable.

However, you can't tell either one of these guys they need to hit the bricks. You have to let them leave on their own terms.

With the speed at WR they have, I thought they would start phasing him out of the offense during the last regular season (2010) to be honest.

Your theory gives way too much credit to Bruce Arians.

I like DeCastro. But do you think there's better value in offensive linemen in later rounds? Would you rather go with cb's like Alfonzo Dennard from Nebraska or Janoris Jenkins from North Alabama (I believe a Florida transfer) with the first round pick to get that cover corner and then use like 2-3 picks on offensive line later?
