A team source told The South Florida Sun-Sentinel that the Rams are asking for a bundle of picks equivalent to the value of the No. 1 overall pick in the draft.

I think this is where Flynn ends up.
Or Tannehill. Remember that Sherman is the OC.

then all we need is kyle orton, jason campbell, or peyton manning to go to washington and then all the leverage is in our hands for RGIII and st louis can suck it and say put at 2.

good read. check it out!

and for all you saying that you can get a qb in the later rounds, check this out, and i quote "In fact, six of the past seven Super Bowl winners started quarterbacks that they selected in the first round."

The film doesn't lie....RG3 makes throws in games that Colt McCoy, Matt Flynn, and Ryan Tannehill simply cannot.

I don't know if Tannehill can't or not, I've read that he has one of the strongest arms in this draft.

But does he have the accuracy to complement it? Derek Anderson has one of the strongest arms in football...

That's my fear of Tannehill. I've heard him referred to as "Derek Anderson Part 2" on several occasions. Whether that's fair or not, who knows?

1. you're comparing college film versus NFL film. if you want to compare the college films of McCoy and Griffin, McCoy was every bit, if not more, accurate.

2. Both Griffin and Tannehill came from the B12. Worst passing defensive conference in the country this year, and has been terrible for years.

honest question, because nobody immediately comes to mind and I'm too lazy to look, but is there even an above average QB in the league from the Big 12? Seems they are all products of the system (playing against horrid pass D).

There are 9 QB's from the Big 12 on NFL rosters. 6 of them are or have started multiple games in the NFL. IMO the best right now is Josh Freeman or Sam Bradford and Vince Young has had moments.

Josina Anderson ‏ @ JosinaAnderson
A source tells me that Browns RB Peyton Hillis and agent Kennard McGuire have parted ways, and adds the split was amicable.

If you consider injury prone Sam Bradford above average, then only 1

What's funny is that he changes agents more than most people change their underwear.

Wouldn't it be hilarious if his new agent was Bob LaMonte?

More agents last season than TDs.

I dont think Bradford has done enough to make a case for him being above average, so I'll go 0.

"McCoy won't lead a team to a championship, and it wouldn't matter if his top receiver was Calvin Johnson or Larry Fitzgerald. He can't throw an accurate deep ball in a league where passing downfield is essential. McCoy is a limited quarterback, whereas RG3 offers limitless potential."

I'm wondering if he felt he thought his agent was selling him short and thought he could get MORE money? If Hillis REALLY wanted a deal done and to stay here all he has to say is "get a deal done, NOW" and it's over. I believe Mr Hillis wants more $$$ than his agent was able to get.

One man's opinion...let's not annoint RGIII as the GOAT just yet. Lest we remember the following "can't misses" as well.
