Oklahoma St beats Savannah St 84-0. OK State has really gotten better since their grandpa stopped playing quarterback.

Pretty easy against a division 3 high school team. Our brownies would have kept it closer

Perhaps the realization that we are, and have always been, an 8-8 at best team. And will continue to be 8-8 at best for the next several years.

Yea even 8 wins is super optimistic. Id be shocked as hell if we won more than 6.

Not me. I have never believed this was a team that can win more than 5-6 games. I don't buy into the draft optimism that a lot of fans buy into.

Did people really say great draft? I pretty much remember most hating it because we reached on like every pick aside from trich.

Has anyone heard anything on Haden's possible suspension? It seems that there should be a decision before the first week of the season, shouldn't there? I'll be incredibly upset if Haden faces a suspension for using an ADD medication when Kenny Britt had multiple run-ins with the law and only received a one game suspension.

All before a regular season game was played. That does have to be a record or something. OIC.

Yeah....I disliked the draft. I was ok with the trich pick, but thought weeden and that DT were major reaches

Oh well....at least we get actual football in a week

LOL if you think Richardson wasn't a reach at #3.

He was pretty much the only logical choice there but that still doesn't mean he wasn't a reach. You just DON'T take RB's that high. I didn't like Blackmon, Claiborne or Kalil there either but T-Rich was still a reach. He was kind of the "oh well, might as well take him" pick at that spot, imo.

I would have been fine with Caliborne, or reaching on a dline prospect. I wish we hadn't traded up for T Rich, and would have been fine with trading down a few spots. Like BR said though, I didn't then and still don't like Blackmon as a prospect. Much rather have T Rich over him.

In a couple weeks after that everyone will be saying this team F'n sucks and different season with the same results. I also cant forget the "my as well tank the season now" comments.

Fired up right now. This time next week we'll be listening to Browns React with Reghi and actually discussing real game action for once. This off-season has seemed particularly long for some reason. Ready for the real bullets to fly.
