The guy is known for his rants and raving, but the guy was pretty funny at times.

His speech last night at halftime of the OSU game was as classy as it gets....

Save the bully talk, he's a guy who is fiercely loyal, probably to a fault, but has done more good than most of us will do in 2 lifetimes.

If you don't like Bobby Knight, then you have a problem.

Been a Knight fan for over 20 years. Growing up with only 5 channels on TV, 4 from Indiana, we always had IU games on TV. Sunday mornings were spent watching the Bobby Knight show.
He has always been a great talker. A fiery coach, and extremely loyal to his players and those around him. He has some very famous friends around the world.
He had a player once who got into an accident and was paralyzed. He was a great player. He was good friends with the Boston Celtics owner and they agreed to draft this guy, outta respect, even tho he could never play. That was when the draft was like 10 rounds.
He had a player on scholarship once that he yanked for one season for not putting out. Many, many years after that they were at an event and Coach asked him what it cost him by not having the scholly that year. He then offered to pay him that money.
He has done tremendous good.
He also was offered the Celina High School coaching position many years ago....but declined because they wanted him to coach another sport too.

Great guy if you can overlook his assaults on College kids.

Good article in the disgrace over the weekend about his trips back to Orrville.
