Start using them on the assholes that you'd expect would care about how much rep they have (ernest, snot, etc) when they post shit that while doesn't necessarily break a rule isn't necessarily something they should post.
Example. I just negged ernest in the power i thread for the anal sex post.
I think it might be an easy way to tone down the completely retarded posts.

This is the one thing that the Amish got right, when someone is doing something fucking retarded you should shun them. A lot of the time people are just acting out for attention... ETB, Snot, Sleeper, CoA, etc.

I don't think it's so much recently. It's been all football season. And it's worsened by the fact that he's joined up with CoA and Like_That for the most part. I feel like those three try to escalate the situation and see who can be the most ridiculous.
