15 is a decent cut for a woman, but compared to what Cyborg just posted and was mentioned in the same post as "Ronda cuts a good amount too", I figured you were comparing their two cuts.
Cyborg walks around at least at 165 and posted a picture of herself at 175. She is cutting much more to get to 145 than Ronda or anyone else is cutting to get to 135.
For those that saying Ronda should just take this at a catch weight and shut up because "5 pounds isn't that much". She would be fighting someone legitimately 20 lbs heavier than her with respect to walk around weight and fight day weight.
This isn't just a 5 or 10 lb difference between the two women.
If Cyborg is willing to drain herself/energy down to 135 and/or lose muscle to do it, then it would be more "even".
There is a legit reason you never saw GSP go up to fight Silva or Silva up to fight Bones Jones. Yes, going up a weight class and fighting the contenders can happen and does happen, but going up a weight and fighting the absolute best in the world at that weight basically NEVER happens (Chael Sonnen did it, I know, but he is crazy and look how that turned out vs Jones).
Their size difference is not 'small', but in the end, if Cyborg cuts the muscle to get there I still think Ronda pulls out a win, even though it will be by far her toughest fight ever, and she might finally get her faced wrecked some.
