I am a big Silva can but he has been "clowning" like that for quite a few fights. When it worked all the Silva nut huggers used it as proof he was the best ever. Now it was proof that he wasn't motivated for the Weidman fight.

I predicted that would happen. That the dilusional fans that have used his clowning as proof he was the best ever would now use it as an excuse for getting KO'd. You can't have it both ways.
He got clipped doing something stupid. Dude finishes every fight because he knows he's better than everyone they put in the cage with him. In my opinion, he thought Weidman was on the same level as Maia, Cote, and Leites.

Also - I think Weidmans best weapon was the element of surprise and now that's gone. I think Silva puts him out.

Woodley could go full blanket mode, he used to all the time in Strikeforce and Condit has shit TDD, tought fight for Carlos.

Very well could happen but Weidman has more ways to win this fight, he can take Siilva down and land hard ground and pound and possibly submit him. Weidman doesn't have to stand with him. This fight is so intriguing wish it was the 28th today lol

I read that but ain't buying as he has been popped before. I don't like TRT either. That said he still is a fun fighter to watch.

Chael could take him down too, and he got ktfo in the rematch. I just think a rematch will heavily favor Silva. I could be wrong, but i don't think he loses twice in a row to the same guy.

True but Weidman hasn't shown the propensity to make mistakes in fights like Chael has. I also think Weidman is a better wrestler than Chael and has far superior BJJ. I'm pulling for Silva but wouldn't be shocked at all to see Weidman dominate.

Got a chance to talk to lance Palmer today. He said he has a few more fights under contract with WSOF then he hoping the UFC will come calling. He was also talking about him and Chris Holdsworth buying a party boat together lol.

I'm really torn on the Sliva/Weidman fight. A quick google search and it looks like Anderson is favored at about (-170), that seems about right.

That's sweet, I remember watching him wrestle in high school. Training with Alpha Male will be great for him.

Poirier
Miller
Barnett
Rousey (I kinda want Tate to win after watching TUF but her arm is getting snapped again)

I am so torn but I think Silva takes rematch setting up a 3rd fight but I want Weidman to knock him out again!

Brando came in way over weight will be forfeiting 25% of his purse. Poorer got right in his face at weigh in and had to be pulled back by Dana before yelling I'm going to break you and you already know it.

My Picks :
poirier
Miller
Browne (should be a hell of a fight)
Rousey (by finish and a I will be betting $100 on rousey by finish)
Silva ( one of the hardest fights to pick in a long time for me)
