Yeah, that sucks big time. It cancels a highly anticipated fight and that is scary injury.

I think Tito's problems were always more with his neck, but basically yes. He had at least one fusion surgery that I know of. Backs are funny, some people have multiple herniated/bulging disks and have no symptoms. While others can become almost crippled by them. It's just a scary injury to have, really unpredictable, and no sure fire way to fix it.

When I talked to Matt Brown he was talking about how much lifting he has been doing at west side barbell and he was getting special machines built for him. I'm sure he probably was going a little overboard with his lifting which helped cause this.

That is a shame I would of liked to see how he did against Condit. I think he would lose, but still would have been a great fight.

I think he had a decent shot, he hits like a truck and can take a punch.

Yes, a bulging/herniated disc is what put Tito out, but it was up in his neck.

The Hunt/Silva fight was an amazing fight.

Watching live, I thought Hunt won 3 of 5 and was surprised at the draw. Looking back on it I can see a draw or a Hunt win, I just couldn't stomach a Silva win in that fight.

Either way it was an amazing fight between what has to be the best 2 chins in MMA.

Good for GSP though for taking a stand and doing what he needs to do, I'm sure he is beyond stressed out being the champ for this long, he is a maniac when it comes to competition.
