I would be more interested in the Roy Jones things 10 yrs ago. I really don't follow boxing much anymore but is Roy still relevant?

Also what is the thoughts on Silva just moving to 205 now?

It's ok. I think the meat of the show will now start. I just don't want it to turn into its all about the coaches. I want to watch fights period. Both TUF and this need to highlight the fights not all the other BS.

^Stann is a good guy, I wish him luck in his broadcasting career as well. I liked Stann's style when he fought too, he was always down to brawl!

Definitely, he's a class act as well, wish him the best. I'm sure he will be around the sport for a long time, still only 32!

I think Shields is overrated, not a fan. The first time i saw him fight was against mayhem and he barely got by him. I also thought he lost to Kampmann.

I wouldn't say he's overrated but he certainly doesn't have the most exciting style. Look at his resume though, who he's beaten. He beat Condit and Okami in the same night lol.

I used to think shields was the best person by far in strike force but I was definitely wrong about that.
