Obviously you guys have seen the concerns about the forum. I have looked in to limiting to entrance based on the birth date on file but that is easily circumvented.

Let me know what you think about it. It had essentially turned in to a porn forum which does kind of make me a little uncomfortable. There are plenty of other sites out there for porn, I frequent them daily.

I hate to say it, but we should do away with it. Too many liabilities IMO.

I also think we should make the whole site Safe For Work. wls has the word shit in his username, and his signature talks about cumming on someone's tits. I'm all for that, but I'd imagine a Huddler's boss wouldn't like that.

I also think we should get rid of all the JJhuddle threads. We will see if this site will truly thrive once all the hype dies down about the move and all that. The front page is flooded with threads about the old site, i was going to move them all into one but didn't want to get the liteinthetunnel treatment. Maybe we can ask our users to stop going to the other site and posting awful things (im horribly guilty).. I won't do that anymore. Time to move on.

I think most people would agree that porn isn't necessarily a bad thing... but it does have its place.

Like I was saying in the notes... possibly just make it a place for all the questionable photos that aren't showing nudity... but still NSFW. That way a certification of age isn't really important since there would be no nudity. But the girls in very limited clothing would still be allowed.

I agree that we should encourage people to stop worrying so much about the Huddle. I had a post like this on some thread... I forget where. I essentially just said that the success for this site relies on people still being interested once the hate for JJ fades away.

And I agree about excessive profanity. When Justin opened this up he said reasonable profanity was allowed... for example when quoting a movie. But there are instances of people being profane just to be profane... such as WLS's SN.

I agree with all above guys. Don't want any trouble or legal issues because of this site. Let's keep it fun and "moderately" clean! Chicks in lingerie is good though!!

I also think the NSFW forum needs to go away. Just a headache that we don't need. They can get their porn somewhere else.

I am not concerned about the hate for JJ.....I think it will subside and people will go back to their normal selves.

I agree with not even having the NSFW forum. I say no nudity allowed IMO. It's not like anyone is going to really 'comment' on the NSFW forum. They will just go there to look at pics and post pics. Won't having a bunch of pics slow down the site anyways? Not sure how that works..but as mentioned..if they need to get there jolly's off..this ain't the place to be doing that. As far as getting rid of the JJ threads..yeah..there is a ton of them..I wouldn't mind seeing them all combined into one..my worry there is though that everyone will think the mods are acting like the JJ mods. Might turn some people off.

I'm never a fan of combining threads... unless they are exactly the same thing, such as two game threads for the same game. Often times threads are very similar but have different focuses.

I wouldn't recommend combining all of those JJ threads... they will die off eventually anyways.

I agree.

I think the idea of the NSFW forum is a good one, but it can be a liability. Forum owners have been sued in the past for things that get posted on their sites, even with disclaimers and all. At any rate, it's important to make sure that anything that is posted is of 18+ only, or else this could cause some very serious problems.

I love the idea but the more I think of what could happen maybe we should do away with it and keep things nudity free. Maybe every once in a while we could open a forum for like a week (kinda like a porn holiday LOL) and have some fun but I could see it getting out of hand. The problem is we know there will be under 18 posting, and even if you have them input their birthdate they will just lie. I don't even know if a disclaimer can clear all liability if any legal issues arrise.
