I was shocked to see the OSU-OU score. I figured it be a lot closer, and that OU would have put up more points than they did. Most teams considered it a "defensive effort" if they only allowed the Sooners 21. With that said, I wouldn't mind seeing LSU play OSU in the Nat'l Title. What team could say they played the champs in half of the BCS conferences?

Gap between 2 and 3 is small too (1,399 points to 1,367)
The USA Today article regarding their poll made it sound like this will be enough to guarantee Alabama, but don't the computers LOVE OSU/Big 12 this year?

It'll be a fraud if its Alabama LSU in the title game. I won't even watch and I usually enjoy watching the NCG.

What happens if they are tied in the BCS formula?

I don't know how many decimal places they would extend it out to, but some experts have said this will be the closest ever.Al Bundy;1000706 wrote:What happens if they are tied in the BCS formula?

THe BCS thinks that Bama/LSU is where the $ is and they are so wrong.

If it is Alabama/lsu....I won't watch. That game was played and it was boring and sloppy the first time.

I knew it was going to be close, but I thought the percentage margin was a little bigger just glancing at the Coaches Poll numbers. If any of those computer projections is wrong by one spot, it could swing Ok State's way.chicago510;1000695 wrote:

Just checked, Kentucky plays on the 7th and the 11th, so your bandwaggoning ass won't implode.

I'd much rather play checkers than watch two hapless offenses miss field goals for 3 hours.cats gone wild;1001321 wrote:Im real sure. But, if you dont.....its not going to stop millions of others from watching it. Have fun playing checkers.
