This is why I hope Michigan State wins the title game. I think it's stupid that M*ch*gan would be taken to a BSC game before them even if they lose title game. Both teams would have 10 wins and MSU would have beat them head to head. (yes I know it'd be more about the money) Which is why I hope MSU wins title game and goes to Rose Bowl because then I belive Wisconsin would be picked of M*ch*gan.

On another note if those are the matchups I actually don't think the B1G will go winless.

Right now Wisconsin is behind michigan in the bcs rankings so if Wisky loses no way they get in before michigan because they would be out of the top 14. BCS is about money not getting the most deserving teams in.

I think best case scenario they go 6-4 worst case 4-6. So ill go with 5-5.

Valid point. I didn't think of that mostly because with OSU season I don't even know when I last looked at a poll this year.:(

Big Ten usually wins a majority of their bowl games. I'll say 7-3 at worst, 9-1 at best. Also, glad to see 10 Big Tenners bowl eligible.

If MSU wins the title game I don't see how that would keep UM out of the BCS. MSU would have beaten Wisky 2x this season. Michigan ended up beating OSU, that beat Wisky plus UM is ranked ahead of Wisky in the BCS. Michigan is likely getting a BCS bid regardless of the outcome of the B1G championship game.

I just don't want M*ch*gan to go to a BCS game so let me rationalize it however I want:p

They really need to lift the 2-team limit. 4 B1G teams deserve a BCS bowl bid this season, but only 2 will get it. MSU and Nebraska likely get left out of this season's BCS games, which is a damn shame.

The B1G has a better head to head record against the SEC in the BCS era, a better head to head record in CFB history, more Heisman winners, more National Titles, more wins, all while maintaining the highest ethics and being the best academic D1 conference in the country.

I'll take that over the fraudulent SEC conference any day, and so should you.

Georgia and the loser of the Big Ten title game should fall below them, and they only need to be in the top 14 to get picked.

That no longer matters. One of the changes made with the 12-game schedule was that wins against 1-AA teams count up to once per year, rather than once-per-every-two-years.

This also helps more teams achieve 6-6 records, thereby letting 74 teams out of 120 (well above half) reach bowl qualification to fill all the bowls.

Otherwise, there'd be a chance that bowl games being unable to play due to not having two participants.

Thanks. I knew there was a rule change, but I wasn't sure what it was.

Not to mention almost all of those games are below the Mason Dixon Line.

If an AQ conference has one team in the top 12, the second team only has to be in the top 16.
