Do we have anyone on here who can play any instruments? Something you did in band in high school doesn't count, but I guess piano can count as some bands have a "keyboardist." I play a little six string myself (that's what she said).

Just for giggles, here's 2 videos that are making me get back into playing. There's no way I'm dying knowing there are kids out there who can play better than me.

This kid is 7.

This kid is 4. FOUR.

Id smoke that kid on the drums. He's 4, I'm 40. Barely a difference. In fact, zero difference!

GNR is bad music.

Or rather, I think most arena rock is bad music.

I bet some of her other choices are things like AC/DC who also make bad music.

Excuse me?

Also, are you making the assertion that students and or college educated people do not gamble or make bets? I would disagree simply by the amount of people that play poker, go on trips to casinos, or make sports bets. And that's just of my peers in school and not of the overall population of people with a degree. Or rather dregree.

Please tell me old Linkin Park? Because then the "oh yeah middle school" nostalgia is at least there.

Why argue music? It's an art form.

It's like arguing that one masterpiece painting makes one person feel better than what another painting makes another person feel. Who likes which one best.

It's like arguing that red is better than blue. Which it's not lol.

Two things:
This is the internet and I'll argue/attempt to piss off all I want.

And there are some absolute truths, even in art. That despite it being immeasurable everyone deep down knows is true. It's like arguing food. Sure tastes are different and people are free to like different things. But at the end of the day everyone knows that American cheese is not very good despite its great popularity.

I'm decent with Garageband. That counts for something, I think.

As far as the original question....I'm sure there are quite a few on here who have conducted "skin flute concertos."

This, with the exception of Foo Fighters just because Dave Grohl is the most badass mainstream musician out there.

If "Linkin Park" and "good music" are mentioned by someone in the same sentence, there is a 100% chance me and said person do not agree on musical tastes whatsoever.
