We just had an assistant coach get his work schedule changed underneath him, so Olentangy Orange HS has an freshmen / JV assistant coach opening for THIS season.
It is a partial contract (about $1,500) and requires a Pupil Activity Validation certificate, CPR, and FBI/CBI check. Ideally, you have this stuff already, but not necessary.
The job would be to attend practice everyday from 3:15-5:15 as well as assist at either the freshmen or junior varsity event that week. You will be able to roll with the kids in the room. You don't need to be a master at the sport, just solid skills, be a hard working coach but most of all, BE A GOOD ROLE MODEL.
