This was interesting..
Police were also investigating whether the incident was prompted by road rage after witnesses said the driver appeared to be perturbed at the woman for not moving out of his way as he entered the parking lot.

As sad as the death is, couldn't have happened to a better school. These elitist universities need to be knocked down a peg or two.

I am disappointed in you. I was waiting for you to say Ohio State has better academics and athletics than both schools put together.

Because there are plenty of idiots that go to both of these schools. Most Ivy league schools are full of kids of rich and influential parents, not the elite that most of America thinks of. I'd put about 20 schools ahead of Harvard and Yale(if not more) that actually provide a quality education and not just a bunch of elitist circle jerking.

But how does the death of a young woman and the injuries to her two friends, "knock these elitist Universities down a peg or two"? I could go off and blast you for making such an ignorant and insensitive comment, but I'd really like to know what prompted you say something like this

"The driver looked shocked. Absolutely shocked," Walker said. Police have not said whether alcohol was a factor.
"He didn't look intoxicated or anything like that," Walker added. "He had a dazed look like he had just hit someone."
Hartman said the driver was in police custody. The driver has not yet been identified by police and no charges have been announced.

Sounds like someone wasn't accepted at an Ivy League school.

Probably smart to apply to a school that accepts the most people.

Yeah, or a school that is on the cutting edge of business leadership, scientific innovation, and has the greatest athletic department on the planet.

This was a pretty crazy incident.

Thankfully the guy passed a sobriety test. Stinks that it was still a tragic accident but at least he wasn't blasted driving a UHAUL truck
