Is on right now, and it's actually a pretty good game. The Sooners can't afford to let the Bears hang around late, ala OK State last night. RG3 is getting pounded by blitzes

I mentioned this game on the Oregon/USC thread
Alabama is living well!
Many don't want a rematch in the national championship game.....but Oklahoma even being in contention makes me wince....go Baylor

The Bears are a big-play machine. That was crazy.

Wouldn't it be crazy if LSU, Alabama and Arkansas all finished 11-1, 1, 2 and 3 in the BCS standings and only 1 of them would even represent their conference in their league's title game?
It's not going to happen because Arkansas has about a 5% chance of winning in Baton Route.
The biggest LOSER of the 2011 season...Boise State. This may have been their year to sneak in...and they lost...on the blue turf...who would've thunk it?

Ton of time left here. RG3 can strike quickly though.

The bad thing is...as fans, would you guys rather see another overrated OU team sneak into a national championship (and likely get spanked) or see an Alabama/LSU rematch.
Even though people don't want the rematch, the thoughts of Oklahoma being another underdog in a BCS game doesn't excite me. Their track record in said games is awful...and they aren't really entertaining either. The last 3 have been horrible...

That would take major balls to go for 2...

I know, but would an Alabama/Oklahoma national title game (just an example) really be more anticipated?gorocks99;980146 wrote:I hate the SEC. Hope this helps.
To me, I would have rather seen some new blood (Oklahoma State, Boise State, Stanford) against an SEC team. Or, even Oregon's style. Not freaking Oklahoma...

I see your point. OU without Broyles and their leading rusher is meh.Azubuike24;980149 wrote:I know, but would an Alabama/Oklahoma national title game (just an example) really be more anticipated?
