My love of Big Red starts with the fact that I received an excellent education from there. The coursework was tough and it prepared me very well for college. A Big Red teacher greatly influenced my choice of major for my first Master's degree.

I had a very positive experience as first-chair clarinet in both the band and orchestra. It taught me to work as part of a team.

And, of course, I have been following Big Red football all these years. I feel a sense of excitement every Friday evening in the fall when Big Red plays. It gives me something to look forward to.

I'm very proud of my Big Red. I wish the school many many more years of success.

No offense Fairwood, I do admire your love of the Big Red Football and their tradition. You often have very insightful posts on various topics too. Yet I am somewhat surprised you made it out of the Ville (and HS) alive.

He made it out of Steuby and HS alive bc Steuby isn't full of inbred bigots. Hard to understand what other places are like when you never leave a town that looks like the set of The Hills Have Eyes, eh Diver boys?

Is there any truth to this rumor, Coach Reno has been fired. For not being able to control players emotions on the field. He is heading to Dover, they needed a good get back coach. Where he will go under Coach Iffts expert advise and learn how to control his players.:confused:

C&B and couple Stuber fans hired to replace him.

^^^Reno will show Coach whatIfft how to win a regional championship game. A monkey could prob coach a team out of the region if he had 30 chances to do it yet Diver can't get past it.

If Reno coached at dOver Coach whatIfft would be reduced to polishing Reno's hardware.

Ifft=minor league
Reno=is in the majors.

Talk and awe.

Naw, a monkey could win a region. Takes a football coach to win state. Coach whatIfft should hang up his headset and give someone else a chance when Diver gets bounced on Friday. It's not fair to those kids and proud community to keep banging their heads against the wall.

Maybe someone on Coldwater's staff wants a head coaching job. Those guys would have probably won 3 or 4 state titles with Diver's recent teams.

Makes you wonder whatIfft.
