They were done a few weeks ago... It cracks me up that they kept talking about the AFC playoff picture. The Steelers had no chance at the playoffs.... they can't beat the three teams in the AFC... now they are the worst in the AFC.

LeBeau and Tomlin? I'm guessing that's sarcasm.

However, Arians and the Special Teams coach can GTFO.

defense is not what it used to be obviously and the receivers are consistently not getting open

and with Arians they're not going to run the ball

Arians has to go. I know Ben won't like it but they can't keep playing like this where they're scrambling around trying to pass all the time.

He inherited a great team and won but now he needs to clean house a little bit and build the team more to his liking

It is interesting that Tomlin made such a show this week of "shaking things up" and people losing their jobs...how the Steelers finish the season may say a lot about whether Tomlin keeps his job.

LeBeau may retire but I'd hate to see him go out like this. Totally agree about Arians. Shit, any more I'm shocked if we run the ball on 3rd and 1. I realize the Steelers have a different offensive identity now and it's worked to the tune of two Super Bowl wins in the last 4 years but I think they've gotten too far away from running the ball.

Tomlin definitely has time to do some things. He won the Super Bowl in his 2nd season. Hell, it took Cowher years to win the Super Bowl. As long as the Steelers are a perennial division and playoff contender......I think Tomlin will have a decade or so as Steelers head coach.

Ligashesky needs to go after the season. O-line and Secondary are the main concerns in the draft.

C'mon! Let's get serious. Tomlin does not lose his job in his 3rd season especially after he just won a Super Bowl. More importantly, Tomlin is an excellent representative for the Steelers' team. He carries himself very well and is a great coach. There are many changes that need made, but it doesn't start with Tomlin. I believe that Arians will be gone, Lebeau very well may retire, the offensive line needs completely rebuilt, and special teams need work. However, I repeat, Tomlin will NOT be gone.

I don't think Lebeau retires. Losing Aaron Smith and Polomalu was obviously a huge problem.I think he will want another shot with a full deck.

I don't think the offense is something that can't be fixed.The skill players are fine. Upgrade the o-line a little bit and the offense will be fine.

The biggest concern is punt and kick coverage.The failings at this part of football have cost the Steelers at least 3 games and maybe more. This needs to be addressed.

It is disappointing that the playoffs are no longer possible, but most teams don't win every year. The Steelers will be back next year to compete with the outmanned Browns, the aging Ravens, and the surprising Bengals.

The Browns won a battle tonight and I applaud them, but the object is to win the war.

hmmmm....wasn't he the one calling out his players in the media...?

It's insane to think that Tomlin would lose his job even if they lost the rest of their games this year.

My point is only that he should not have made such a power-play of calling out his veterans, unless he was willing to place his own a** on the line...and I think an argument could be made that he was "evenly coached" tonite (not "out-coached", as we are talking about the Browns). A mature, and comfortably confident 3rd year coach does not call out his veterans as he did this week. When I heard that news conference this week, I knew that it was only going to be a recipe for disaster.
