A very insightful interview. I think the guy is actually being honest. A mere glimpse into the corruption in Washinton DC. Its really is quite disgusting. I have posted before about the parasite economy and the centralized corruption in DC. Some will argue for more federal power to "reign" in the lobbyists. I have argued there is too much power in Washington. If Jack Abramoff had to travel between 50 state capitals and DC he would have never been able to accomplish what he did. The environment would not have been ripe. He would have had to fork out too many favors to too many politicians.

Not gonna read the link...already know how the game is played. This is exactly what Adam Smith warned about in his Wealth of Nations.
There are reasons why the top 1% has been the only group to reap benefits over the past 30 years. Lobby groups are the main culprit
