The Buckeye State is #5 in the country in the number of players from the state on an NFL roster for the 2011.

A shout out to Elder High School for having their third most players of any individual high school in the country (Glenville is right behind them).

Cincinnati and Cleveland is representing as far as cities with the most number of players.

Without even clicking on the list I am going to guess the other states are Texas, Florida, California, and Georgia.

Not really going out on a limb much.

Out of the top 5 schools, Ohio is 3rd when it comes to total population vs NFL players (a measure of population density of NFL players).

The order in that respect is...

Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Texas, California.

Where is Ohio 3rd? I posted the same link in Sept. showing the top 6 states producing NFL players per capita are all in the south. And I got trolled for it. Carry on.

Population of Florida

18,537,969 according to the 2009 Census...

Population of Ohio

11,542,645 according to the same census...

Yeah, Florida had about ~7 million more people and 95 more NFL players.

You're an idiot..

I.......Don't even get this...

Is it supposed to be an insult? There are 50 states in the US and Ohio is #5 for having the most NFL players.

Is being #5 a bad thing? lmao...

You're an idiot troll. Not even a funny/semi-funny troll... Just an idiot.

hoops23, I would not expect you to 'get it'. You PWNeD yourself with the population stats already. I came in after someone trolled me and took a shot at Florida. Ohio is not #3 as incorrectly stated by another. Must be that Ohio education y'all have. Keep bragging about having less than half the talent Florida has.

Is that not what Jmog said in post # 7? And not that they had more, but that Ohio was #3 per capita?

Using the numbers posted from I think hoops23, Ohio is about 1 NFL per 135,795 people.
