The Civil War, with the exception of Ulfric's occasional speech, was kinda boring. Most of the quests were just (1) go to fort and meet up with other Stormcloaks followed by (2) kill Imperial soldiers until game decides you've killed enough. Blah...

I'm going through the rest of the main quest now. On the way to Blackreach to get Elder Scroll right now.

But let me tell you, getting the Elder Scroll at level 6 was a bitch. Falmer/Dwarven Centurions/Blackreach aren't easy at that level.

I didn't know that. Got Falmer blood from a corpse there, but everything else came from other sources. Including running the roads until I found a Thalmor group (for high elf blood) and getting Bosmer blood from a random bandit. I think I got orc blood from one of a group of poachers in the middle of nowhere, too.
