Oh sure. I'm "allowed" to have facial hair, just like they are "allowed" to hand me a pink slip. I wish I still had my beard, but unfortunately because of work, I also have to shave. I am allowed to grow a "stache" though, so for Movember I will do this. Most of these men grew facial hair after they were already successful.
