Anyone ever tried one? I am currently sitting at paninis in canton getting ready to eat a one pound hot dog smothered in cheese with fries. This one seems like an easier challenge, but I will probably fail. If I win, I get a free appetizer and a tshirt.

Cool story, I know.

Why would you want to ruin a good combo of cheese and fries by mixing it with rotten fish?

I think I could kill a steak or pizza challenge.

A couple of places locally have food challenges. Woody's in Indian Lake and Wapak and C-Town wins in Celina has one as well. Believe both are large burgers with fries and such with it.

I did the Atomic Wings Challenge at Quaker Steak and Lube...got a bumper sticker.

Beat the en Fuego burger challenge at Tumbleweed...got a tee shirt.

Wanted to do the same challenge last time I was at Pannini's but we had places to go afterward and I didn't want to walk around looking anymore like I pig than usual.

I've done the Quaker Steak Atomic Wings and succeeded. I tried the mucho macho burrito at Cazuela's at Ohio State and succeeded at sweating, running home, and throwing up.

I did the atomic challenge as well...but I have my doubts about trying the triple atomic challenge that they have.

BTW, I got my tshirt and my free appetizer for eating roughly 2 1/2 lbs of food...also got my pic up on their wall of fame. But 6 hours later...and I still feel like shit.

I've eaten Triple Atomics about 4 times now. Love 'em. Last time, I ate a split order (8 Triple Atomics and 8 Arizona Ranch or so). No water for the Triple Atomics (or the Arizona Ranch ones right before them).

You just have to acclimate yourself to them. I honestly think the Atomics have a longer burn than the Triple Atomics. The Triples are just hotter when they're actually touching your lips, tongue, gums, etc.

We just had one at work (like, 10 minutes ago). We have a burger chain as a client, so once a year there's a challenge to eat a triple burger, fries, and a shake. Had 20 ppl in it this year, but one had to back out last minute so I took his place. Took third with a time of 4:02. Cool story, bro.

When you do a food challenge like this, you are wrecking the temple that is one's body. My wife and I would never do such a challenge, because we believe in respecting our bodies.
