Camren Williams, a LB from Massachusetts visited yesterday. Currently committed to Penn State but exploring other options. His father played with Vrabel I believe. Supposedly he, Schutt, and the CB Reeves are all very close.

With all these DL coming in, I see a few from last year switching to offense. They'll have the mobility Meyer likes in his offensive linemen. Also, Fragel will likely be a tackle come fall.

They're well on their way. I checked their board on scout and they are comparing Se'von to a drunk chick that is being pressured into hooking up...

"sounding like its legit - too bad. Good kid, bad decision - let's give it OSU. They know how to pressure drunk chicks into doing something they will regret"

Spartyland had to know that Pittman was all Buckeye before Tatgate, and he would likely be gone if OSU hired Meyer.

Denial is more than a river in Egypt...whether we're talking MSU or PSU.

I wonder whatever happened to the gentleman's agreement that RRod was accused of breaking when B1G recruits flipped to Michigan? :p

He broke it and it became a free for all. Then Jabba the Hoke came and broke it even more with Kalis and Dunn.

It's all scUM's fault...so MSU and PSU fans can just blame you folks for their recruiting losses now and in the future.

I never did care about a "gentleman's agreement." Stupid, IMO. Recruits are fair game until they sign their LOI.

Urban didn't take the OSU job to be "buddy-buddy" with the other B1G coaches. He became head coach at OSU to win and try to score 100 points on everybody.

If I had any doubts, Webbie, you have removed them completely--you're a closet Buckeye. I've noticed you're on this OSU recruiting thread more than anyone, and seem to take a real interest in our recruits, along with offering insight and expert analysis on all things OSU--welcome to the good side!!!

LOL. How can you say this when OSU is looking to pull in several kids late that have been verbals to other schools for much of the recruiting period? LOL.

It is looking very, very likely that Spence will be a Buckeye. Would give OSU the best young DL in the country, imo.

It really is remarkable how much of an impact Urban has had in just two weeks. Incredible.

Very easy. Kalis allowed coaches to whisper sweet nothings in his ear, filling him with all types of dread about what was going to happen to OSU. In his statement about switching, he specifically mentioned that he didn't want to be part of sanctions he had no part in creating. I wasn't unhappy he switched or was wooed; I was unhappy he listened to that crap instead of simply waiting for things to process before jumping ship.

As for Urban recruiting kids who have given a verbal elsewhere: I've never been opposed to coaches being allowed to contact kids up to the time they sign a letter of intent. The so-called "gentlemen's rule" of the B1G was a joke that only a few fools (including Tressel) followed.

Actually, I wasn't responding to that particular post, it just happened to be the last one you posted out of the many, many others on this thread.

Well, I've said it before, but I guess I will again. Just because I like you so much. :D

I live in Ohio. Almost all my friend are Buckeye fans. I root for Michigan. Their number 1 rival is OSU. I enjoy this board. This board mostly talks about OSU (duh). So, I am surrounded by OSU everyday.

So yes, I do know a bit about the Buckeyes. Though I think you give me too much credit for following their recruiting. I really don't know shit about it unless it affects Michigan. Which really, all of it does indirectly.

You'll also notice I comment on nice pickups/commits. It's not like I sit here and bash OSU recruiting all day.

Now, can't we all just get along?
