So, just to be sure, Davonte Neal is definitely not going to be a Buckeye? What happened there?
As you all know now, Neal has apparently "eliminated Ohio State", but the real story is that Ohio State eliminated Neal. The rumors circulating last week that Neal tried to commit and was denied are apparently true, although I haven't been able to get my hands on the full details just yet, nor may I ever. I was told that there was something that Meyer and the OSU staff did not like from the Neal camp and those type of things are what Meyer didn't like about recruiting in the SEC. The fact that Urban wants to avoid the shady business, coupled with Ohio State's current situation of being in trouble with the NCAA, are plenty of reason not to be taking chances, even if it means losing some good talent.

How about this. Ohio St fans stay on Ohio St threads and ND fans stay on ND threads. Some people try to get on here and read about recruits and all you see is bitching.

Oh come on..I don't act like anything on ND threads..i'm rarely on ND threads, before this past week.

But I took a lot of shit for saying BK's USF outburst was crazy...so it was just funny for me to see a recruit's parents say they didn't like it. Karen's a fucking retard spin master and won't admit that he looks silly now.

Well you're not nearly as bad as durkie and ccrunner. But then again anyone as dumb as ccrunner needs to have their head examined.

Who cares about NEAL. He is obviously not going to be a Buckeye. And from everything I have read, it was OSU/Meyer that backed off of him. Who really knows why. And who really cares at this point in time? Move on.

Diggs seems to be keeping people guessing. Sounds like its down to Maryland, OSU and Florida. One good thing for OSU, is that Meyer was the coach who got him interested in Florida as he started to recruit him while he was there.
Some are saying Maryland because its close to home. Others are saying OSU has an edge because of the relationship Meyer has had with him over the past. Sounds like nobody really knows.
Would be a HUGE get for OSU. I wouldn't bet against Meyer. But Maryland, being clsoe to home with his family situation is going to be tough to beat IMO.

This Diggs stuff is ridiculous. Every day a new source comes out with a new heavy lean. I truly don't think he even knows where he is going yet. Tune in tomorrow I guess.
