2. Taunt after said hit
3. Taunt more after ejection
4. Argue with coach all the way to locker room

Oh, well it would certainly be fitting if it did. I am completely unaware if there is such a rule. I honestly think he should be suspended 2 more games, but I know that won't happen.

Didnt lead with his helmet, didnt taunt, didnt continue to taunt, didnt argue with coaches etc etc etc. old halo rule plays like that used to happen all the time.
