Anyone else getting pumped for this game? IW announced that you will recieve prestige tokens(MW3 Prestige system) for prestiging in all COD games starting from the original MW. Also its double XP weekend for all games so if you are close to prestiging id get on that!! Also im not real sure if u get a token per previous prestige or u just get 1 for prestiging per game. Its sounds like the former but that seems a little much.

I'll be getting, but may put it off for a bit. I picked up BF3 the other day, and it's a blast.

I just got BF3 (BF > COD in my opinion), and Skyrim will own my free time for the next few months anyways.

This. I never understood the point. Do you get something other that the fact that you can tell people "I prestiged"?

I prestige for the custom slots.Having to keep changing multiple classes when going from TDM 2 search gets annoying. Once i hit a certain lvl i also catch myself using the same 3 or so guns so its nice to prestige and force myself 2 use something else.

I never needed more than 5 custom classes.

I think I maybe use 2 classes in COD at a time.

I've never prestige'd either.

I get bored using the same classes over and over again so its nice to have multiple ones.

Also, prestiging just kinda makes the game more funf or me. After being at lvl 70 or 50 w/e it maxes out on depending on the game it makes it fun to go back and have to unlock all the weapons and perks ect again.

I like to prestige I've got them all sine cod 4 and with 25 days played I might as well.

I can't wait to play this. I'm kinda black ops out right now. Then again I'm stuck on a ship in the middle of the ocean and I can't play online just vs the people i work with. It gets old quick.

That is where Halo comes in. A much better LAN game IMO then just about anything else out there.

In my personal opinion the people with 15th prestige and a golden gun have never seen the sun let alone a vagina.

I've leveled over a few times and it's always instant regret, i forget how shitting the opening guns and perks were.

I understand people who dont have much time 2 play not prestiging. Otherwise, man up. Soooo glad they got rid of last stand and commando. Cant stand kids that are trash and are able 2 lunge at you from 10 feet away.

Hated last stand. Also, what does kill streak stacking mean? (btw you seem like one of the nerds that sit and plays this game wayyy more than he should)

I'm not real great at shooters, but I usually play awesome with the M16 right after a prestige. It just seems like going back to the basics helps every once in a while.
