I can't believe that Roy "Fat Country" Nelson won that fight last night! You gotta be kidding me, the dude looks like Jabba the Hutt and is a slow as Jabba too.

Just got done watching the fight. It was a close fight and I do think we should have seen a 3rd rd but here is my perspective. Wren threw a ton of power shots, and landed a nice percentage especially in the first rd. However Nelson constantly landed his jab. Controlled the center of the cage. 2nd rd Wren threw again a high percentage of power shots but didn't land many. Nelson again constantly landed his jab, landed a few leg kicks and again controlled the cage. In all I feel Nelson won a very very close fight!

I thought it was the right decision. Wren dominated the first 2 mins of the 1st rnd, but Roy stole the round the last 2 mins. He then clearly won rnd 2. I have no beef with the decision. I'm just praying that we get to see Kimbo fight again because I think he can beat a few of the guys left, other than Roy, Schaub or Marcus

Roy just finds a way to win.

I had the TV on for that fight, but wasn't really paying attention due to being distracted with other internet....uh....happenings, but I could tell from the time it started, it wasn't going three rounds.

I did laugh my ass off at the chicken prank.

I just can't stand Nelson. I pray that he doesn't win it all but the guy sure keeps finding a way to win. I'm still pulling for big baby to win it all.

I hope kimbo comes back, if he can get some technique he could end up being a pretty good fighter. Can matt be any bigger of a drama queen? That dude is the biggest puss

^^^Matt Mitrione is a crackhead! I so hope that he gives up or the DR's don't let him fight! Although I don't think there is any chance he hurts his brain because he doesn't seem to have one!

I don't think Matt is hurt, he doesn't want to practice. He pulled the same crap early in the season with a shoulder or a knee or something and Rashad called him out on it.

I realize that Schaub/Madsen was a clash of styles but Schaub wasn't that impressive. I don't see him winning anymore.

I really haven't been impressed by much I've seen, as far as guys being able to look good with consistency. A lot of poor conditioning and most of the fighters seem mediocre to horrible.

^yeah, that's heavyweight fighting outside of a very few guys at the top.

I'm calling a Nelson vs Kimbo rematch in the finale IMO

Schaub's gameplan was to wear out the other guy and that's what he did. Schaub threw 2 punches and knocked him out. I was real impressed by that.

I think Nelson loses his next fight. I think McSweeney is going to the finals now against Big Baby, assuming that they wouldn't meet in the semi's...


Did anyone see at the end of the preview for next weeks 2 hour finale Kimbo getting in the ring for a fight? I noticed that and I really think he is coming back...

Schaub might have executed his game plan but how many fighters will it work against? He may be one of the best in this group but like I said I wasn't real impressed.

Mitrione is playing a head game. As long as he reamins a question mark McSweeney has to continue to prepare for multiple possible fights. He's a wack job and douche bag but he is playing the game. He did something similar when he spilled the beans about Team Rashad's fight plans so he didn't have to fight Big Baby. I don't really like McSweeney but I hope he destroys Mitrione.

Oh, he's a nutjob but he's proven already he'll do anything to get himself an advantage of some kind. Like I said when he gave up Rashad's plan for the fights. He didn't do that because he's a headcase. He did it to try to get out of having to fight Marcus Jones in the 1st round. Jones ended up being Rampage's best fighter. Smart move. Now with his supposed head injury he has McSweeney off balance. McSweeney doesn't know if he has to train for Matt, Kimbo, Junk, etc. He never gives a straight answer about what is wrong. Fortunately for everyone this gameplan will backfire because his already poor cardio will be terrible during the fight because of all the training he is missing. You saw how his cardio was against Junk due to all the training he skipped out on faking the shoulder injury. Again not only did that faked injury get him out of working hard but it made his opponent wonder if he may possibly have to train for someone beside Mitrione. I agree he is a head case but in that head there are reasons for all this behavior. jmho
