Maybe you shouldn't pick a cannibal as your guide?
Edit - I thought the article said this island had the last known tribes that were cannibals. But that is not the island he was murdered on. Now I'm not clear if the guide was from Papua New Guinea and a cannibal or if they just included that because that's where cannibals are.
