Michigan calls play action on 4th ans 2 inches with the goal line in sight for the tying score.

For a long time OSU had the worst call with the 4th down option against UM years ago...today's call by Al Borges has to go down as the worst call in the history of football...at ANY level.

The FB that was faked to picked up 2 yards!

I wonder if "Holy Buckeye" would make the list of worst play calls ever if Jenkins doesn't make that catch ... 4th and 1 and you throw a bomb with Krenzel?

For the record, that is still one of my favorite moments, but man that could have been ugly if it didn't work.

Idk off the top of my head, but its a game in october not a bowl game or conference championship. It was a bonehead play, but im sure Les Miles has about 10 worse play calls in the past 4 years than this lol

Still cant come up with anything worse^^

If there is something worse, it would have stood right out in your memory. This was AWFUL in a game that most likely was the most important game in this division this season.

4th and 2 down by 10 and time running out and you don't kick the FG and then try for the onside kick? What a dumbass!

Yeah. Zook's call to go for it and not kick the field goal is worse.

Exactly. If it works, it's a great call. If not, it's terrible. That seems like a bad way to determine whether it's good ... post hoc rationalizations aren't a good way to make the decision, as hindsight is always 20/20.

At the time I posted, I dont believe that had happened yet.

But I agree it was pretty bad.
