First Monday night game in Detroit in 10 years. Will the upstart Lions be able to beat division foe Chicago?

Biggest Lions game in recent memory. I look for a surprisingly good game as the Bears won't just lay down, but think the Lions will pull it out in the end. Can Detroit establish a run game?

I just hope they hold Matt Forte to under 20 fantasy points lol
Lions should take this one though I'd say 27-20

I say Lions but I wouldn't be shocked if the Bears won.

Only if Optimus Prime shows up and I don't think he plays for the Bears, so you're good.

Lions will be down 21-0 at the half and will come back and win 28-24.

Lions 31-17. I think Suh and the rest of the D-Line put a hurting on Cutler.

Hehe...got my points. Even had Best sitting on my bench.

This Lions team is a real nice story, so far.

Lions defense and Pettigrew got my team the win. I was down 8 coming into that game.

However, the Lions emergence pisses me off. I'm happy for them, and actually like the team they've assembled. But it pisses me off as a Browns fan. Just a few years ago, the Lions were the worst team in the NFL, going 0-16...

Now, they're fucking 5-0 with a legit defense and an offense that is really starting to fire on all cylinders. So frustrating that the Browns continue to miss.

Hopefully one more draft and then some key FA's can get the Browns on the right track to competing.

Oe other thing that pisses me off is how well Eric Wright is playing. I really wanted to keep him. Him and Haden could have been a terrific duo. Wright had a shit year last season, but he had some very good ones before that. I thought it may have just been "one of those years" for him and that he'd bounce back.

As a lifelong Lions fan, I feel your pain. No franchise (that I can think of) has gone through worse than the Lions. They finally hired some front office mgmt. that have made the right moves.

That being said, I think the Browns will be improving in the next few seasons. I think they finally have some front office mgmt. that can get the franchise where it needs to be.

This is pretty sad that this is all the longer this thread was for a MNF game.

Thats what happens when you don't have Hank Williams Jr playing the lead in song.

You talking ever or recent memory?

Bengals have TWO winning seasons in the last 20. That is pretty horrific.
