I know of Ogle bay in WV, and in my area (huron county) the Ghostly Manner, Sawmill Creek, and an hour away.....toledo zoo. What other places in Ohio goes all out on lights?

Oglebay Park in Wheeling is amazing as said above.

I went to school at West Liberty for a year which was up the hill from Oglebay, and got to see the lights. It's pretty cool, and I'm thinking about driving out there this year.
