Holy cow this is a heck of a lineup this week. Bama goes to Gainesville, Nebraska plays the Badgers in a possible Big 10 Title preview, Clemson has another huge game but this time they go to Blacksburg. There's some other huge games going on too but wow talk about 3 biggies

Nervous about this one for Clemson. We have been VTs bitch in recent contests. Hope that I am wrong but I see a 7 point loss...

Sammy Watkins, our WR, is easily the best freshman in the country to this point with 6 TDs and almost 450 receiving yards through 4 games.

Ehh VT hasn't looked all that great lately either though. They've kinda coasted along

The 3:30 time slot is pretty weak this weekend, which I like as an OSU fan. I hated the Buckeye game being at the same time last week as A&M/Okie State, Bama/Arkansas, and FSU/Clemson.

Bama has a really weak schedule the rest of the way outside of LSU. This might be the only other legitimate shot they have at losing. Possibly Auburn too just because you never know with rivalry games.

Even if Florida beats Bama and/or LSU (next week) they'll have to win the East and play one of them again in Atlanta.

Illinois is looking like the Illinois everyone expected this week. Although that could also be attributed to Northwestern being a pretty solid team when Persa actually plays (4 TD already).

Texas A&M blows another 18 point halftime lead. Mike Sherman's seat is engulfed in flames.

Yeah, Arkansas had a great comeback. Great game to watch. But, with A&M coming to the SEC, they better start beating some SEC schools. Heard they are 0-7 lately vs. the SEC. A&M has been so close to being undefeated and ranked in the top 6.
LSU game was boring.

Spent about an hour with Jim Delany pre-game. Two observations. 1) That league isn't expanding anytime soon

2) About 30 Nebraska fans approached Delany for pictures and said , "Thank you for saving us from that dysfunctional mess in the Big 12."

Why are they reviewing the Florida catch? He didn't even hold onto it.

A 50 yard field goal is "out of range"?

UF started out looking good, but Bama has totally dominated since the 10-3 Florida lead. Last I saw of the Neb/Wis game was 14-13, then I turn back and Wisc scored two more td's. What happened, or how did they score?

Both big games turned into blowouts. Im not to worried about UF next week when they play LSU.

At least 8 ranked teams lost this w/e with the night still going.

It's not September anymore, so Oregon State can show up to play now. Up 13-0 at Arizona State.

Since Mike Riley started his 2nd stint at Oregon State (2003-present), he has a record of 16-20 before October 1, and 45-23 after September ends. It's like clockwork. Has to be the most frustrating team to be a fan of.
