GlenOak Flexed their muscles and beat a 3-0 Jackson Polar Bear team and from what I heard injured them in the process. Im unsure what the status of Dehnke is but i heard he went down in the first half. I also hear the Bears secondary is mediocre at best. The Bulldogs come in on possibly the most surprising win of their season beating a 3-0 Fitch team that was ranked in the state. The Falcons however were with out their All-Ohio QB. The bulldogs have shown they don't need a kicker but that could come back to bite us soon. I think Jackson is too injured and hurt after a heartbreaking loss. With that I think the Bulldogs dominate this one 38-14

Jackson took a good beating .. they played well and hard but the GO pounded them in the process. Jackson is a very good team but this week agains the Pups will be tomuch for the Polar Bears.
Mck is getting better ( less mistakes) with each game and that a sign of a good team .. Pups by 14

Trust me guys Jackson is completely healthy from the Glenoak game. Dehnke did miss the second half of the GO game, but he'll be just fine for McKinley. I get the feeling that some (not all) McK fans have sort of overlooked the Bears looking towards next weeks game versus the Eagles (as evidenced by the fact that on Yappi there is a GO/Mck thread that has more posts then the Mck/Jackson thread).
All I know is in the Federal League you can't take a week off (see Lake/Hoover last year) or else you're going to go down. Best of luck this week to both teams and Go Bears!

The only thing that beats the PuPs in this one is ourselves... Let's see if Jackson's secondary can cover the receivers of the bulldogs might be the deciding factor

It was a good game looked like a ugly game at first... I always hate the officials at Jackson and the hook and latter to score to end the first half by McK was beautiful and Jackson never saw it coming. Bulldogs win it 22-14 and sets up the GlenOak McKinley showdown of week 6

I don't get these types of comments. We don't hire the officials. I think some teams just think they get jobbed at every away game.McKAlumni07;908490 wrote:It was a good game looked like a ugly game at first... He may be saying that because at halftime, he saw them playing in the Jackson Alumni Band.

When its true then we make these type of comments. McKinley had 45 yds in penalties and jackson had 15... in every other game Jackson has played this season they have had more than 40 yds in penalties.. so your telling me that against a McKinley team that is better than Jackson's first three opponents they didn't hold Pittman? They didn't have any pass interference?... they didn't have any unsportsman like conduct? I saw McK get flagged for unsportsman like conduct because they finished their blocks. I honestly laughed at how whiney the Jackson fans were when they didn't get a flag... And it was even bad enough the refs got a STANDING Ovation from the Bulldog fans for FINALLY throwing a flag on Jackson and this happens EVERY time I have been to Robert Fife Stadium... So yes I will complain and GLADLY take the WIN and Computer Points. Thank Yougrodt;913243 wrote:I don't get these types of comments. We don't hire the officials.
