It looks like Wisconsin and Nebraska are easily the two best teams in the Big Ten..
So, based off of what we've seen so far this year, give me your #s 3-5.

This is tough lol, especially since the two teams I wanna put #3 and #4 looked terrible today.
As of today id go #3. Mich #4. OSU and #5 MSU. But that could be flipped around in almost any order and I wouldnt argue with it

Northwestern losing to Army is really bad. Anyways, I don't think Nebraska is that good, so my gap would look more like this...
1. Wisconsin
2. Nebraska
3. Michigan
4. Ohio State
5. Iowa
6. Michigan State
7. Illinois
8. Penn State
9 Northwestern
But 5-9 are all pretty much interchangeable and 6-8 win teams. The conference hasn't been great recently, but I don't think I've ever seen it this bad.

Wisconsin looks the most dominant based off of games played so far. They're going to be a tough out for anyone. Power running game and a great QB make for a long day for a lot of teams.
Nebraska has shown signs of being a great team, but they are really young. Multiple freshmen on the O-line, D-backs are young and the all-american Dennard, who can shut down one side of the field himself, hasn't played a down yet this year. Teams with good QBs are having success against them. It's ironic that their offense, which has been bad the last couple of years, is bailing out their defense so far this year.
The rest have been inconsistent.

I have a feeling Michigan will be up and down your guys' list from week to week. This year's edition has the chance to beat anyone, and the chance to lose to everyone. Might be a roller coaster year. They didn't look that good against Eastern Michigan.
